Parathyroid carcinoma is a rare malignant neoplasm resulting in parathyroid adenoma to carcinoma progression.〔Hu MI, Vassilopoulou-Sellin R, Lustig R, Lamont JP. It is rare, and much less common than parathyroid adenoma.
